Flower Power

After months and months of hard work from our web designer, programmer and ourselves, the new site is finally up and running!  One of the most exciting parts of the new website is the addition of our Flower Power blog; I’m really looking forward to hearing all the inspiring stories from all our LOS chicks! That said; let the “flower power” begin… I am a firm believer that everything is more fun when you have a cute outfit on.  Now, you probably expect me to say that I love to work out and that it is my life’s desire to inspire others to work out and be the healthiest they can be right along beside of me, but that would be a lie.  The truth of the matter is, I only workout because I know I have to in order to be able to live a longer, healthier life, and it is much easier if I look cute and feel good in my workout clothes.  Now, I’m not saying that I won’t change my mind; I still hold out hope that I will one day experience an addiction to exercise or the runners high we all hear so much about.
