At Ladies Only Sports we want you to have complete satisfaction with the products you have purchased. We will give you a merchandise refund, store credit or exchange on anything you purchased from us that has not been worn or soiled from trying on and all tags are attached. Items that have been washed will also not be eligible for return. Sorry, we do not refund any shipping or processing costs.
If any return items are soiled or smelling of perfume our Returns Customer Service Department may charge you a 35% cleaning fee that will be deducted from your credit or possibly refuse your return for credit all together if product is deemed unsellable. In this case the product will be returned to you at your cost.
Full Price Items: To receive a full refund you will need to send the merchandise back within 30 days of the mail order ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Return items received after 30 days qualify for an exchange or a store credit to your account only and are subjected to a 10% handling fee. No returns or exchanges after 60 days.
Sale Items: To receive a full refund you will need to send the merchandise back within 30 days of the mail order ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. No returns after 30 days.
Clearance Items: All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Briefs & Smarty Pants: For sanitation reasons, there are no returns or exchanges.
To Make A Return:
1. Please fill out the return form that came with your shipment and affix the return shipping label that is on your packing slip addressed to Ladies Only Sports on your package for an expedient return.
2. Please ensure that all returns are packaged carefully and securely to prevent any damage on the return trip. If the product is damaged on the return you may lose your credit on the product being returned.
3. All returns must be shipped United States Postal Service. You will be shipping to a P.O. Box; therefore you cannot ship FedEx or UPS. You are responsible for the cost of the return back to us.
1. Continental US: The shipping back to you for the first exchange of an item is on us. All exchanges thereafter, the customer is responsible for full shipping and handling charges.
2. International/Non-Continental US: Customers will be charged for all shipping costs for exchanges including customs and other duties that may apply.
3. We make every effort to process returns and exchanges as fast as possible. Exchanges are usually shipped and returns are usually issued within 2-4 days after your package has been received by us at Ladies Only Sports.
4. If you have misplaced your return shipping paperwork or the return shipping label please print a copy of the return form below to be enclosed with your return. Download the return form.
